Functional Medicine for Chronic Symptoms and Recovery

Recovery through nutrition, lifestyle and root-cause biology

Each video helps you understand why symptoms happen and what actions can support recovery. The information reflects the same functional assessment principles used in my practice.

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)

This video shares my personal recovery experience with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and the priorities that influenced improvement. It is intended for both patients and clinicians.

I discuss practical management tools — including nervous system techniques such as hypnosis, topical pain support and other integrative strategies — that help lower overall symptom load and support the body’s capacity for regulation and recovery.

I also address the concept of “no cure.” In Chronic conditions, consistent small changes in daily inputs can meaningfully influence the nervous system over time. Healing is often gradual as the cumulative stress burden on the body decreases.

These principles reflect a functional perspective used to support remission potential and improved quality of life.
